JOB DETAILS

Key Responsibilities: • Managing finishing/packing process based on given shipment plans • Monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed to improve productivity • To provide a variety of small orders in their right quantities and at the right time as per the delivery plan • Lead and manage a team of staff and associates • Reduce number of stock (WIP) in the warehouse • Monitoring packing standards adhering to to quality-control procedures • Monitoring shipment & packing status through ERP system • Liaising among different departments as and when needed • Ensure all shipments are completed on time and the shipment schedule is met at all times • Ensuring the health and safety standards are met within the department

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a relevant field. • 4-5 years of proven experience in a similar capacity within apparel industry. • High level of skill in achieving targets in product finishing process in line with time and action plan. • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
