Elegant Knitting international Pvt Ltd at Biyagama is a leading apparel manufacturer with a global presence. We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Employee Relations Executive to join our team and help maintain a harmonious and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and implement employee relations programs to foster a
positive and engaged workforce
* Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues through
effective communication
* Promote and maintain a positive company culture in line with
organizational values
* Conduct regular employee feedback surveys, analyze results, and
implement improvement strategies
* Provide support in employee grievance handling and dispute
resolution
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry
standards
* Organize training sessions to enhance employee engagement and
relations
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations or HR
management, preferably in an apparel manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Sri Lanka
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution
skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach to improving employee satisfaction and
engagement
