Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement processes.
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, comparing prices, and negotiating favorable terms.
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in the supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Assisting in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the procurement process.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 4-5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.
