Supervisor - Production

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
?Coordinate with the cutting, sewing, and finishing department to maintain smooth workflow
?Monitor production target and minimize downtime or delays
?Control absenteeism and employee turnover to company standards
?Train & develop skills, guide and motivate production employees
?Drive the production incentive scheme to enhance efficiency and productivity
?Maintain accurate production records and reports
?Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
?Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in the apparel industry
?Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standard
?Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
?Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
?Diploma or certificate in Apparel technology or a related field is an advantage
