Production Executive

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Planning, coordinating, and supervising the production process .
?Maintaining quality standards.
?Managing the workforce, including, training, and evaluating employees.
?Resolving production issues and implementing improvements to increase efficiency.
?Maintaining production records and reports.
?Communicating with other departments, such as to ensure that production meets the needs of the company and its customers.
?Continuously monitoring the production process and identifying potential problems and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
?Diploma in textile engineering or a related field
?3-5 years of experience in a similar role
?Strong leadership and management skills
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
?Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
?Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
