Production Executive (Knitting Apparel Industry)
This includes managing production schedules, overseeing the work of production staff, and ensuring that goods are produced efficiently and to a high standard of quality
We are a leading Australian owned knitwear manufacturer located in Biyagama EPZ looking for a motivated Production Executive to join our knitting team. The successful candidate will be experienced in apparel production management, but we will provide training relevant to knitting.
Responsibilities

- Planning, coordinating, and supervising the production process from yarn to fabric. \n
- Maintaining quality standards. \n
- Managing the workforce, including, training, and evaluating employees. \n
- Resolving production issues and implementing improvements to increase efficiency. \n
- Maintaining production records and reports. \n
- Communicating with other departments, such as to ensure that production meets the needs of the company and its customers. \n
- Continuously monitoring the production process and identifying potential problems and opportunities for improvement \n
Requirements

- Bachelor\'s degree in textile engineering or a related field \n
- 3-5 years of experience in a production management role in a knitting operation \n
- Strong leadership and management skills \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems \n
- Other relevant quality and efficiency standards \n
- Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment \n
