Elegant Knitting international Pvt Ltd at Biyagama is a leading apparel manufacturer with a global presence. We are seeking a highly resourceful Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Executive you will be assisting the HRM in all aspects of meeting the cadre requirements in our factory.
Responsibilities
? Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory and staff positions.
? Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
? Publish job advertisements, screen applications, and shortlist candidates.
? Organize interviews, trade tests, and on-boarding procedures.
? Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet fluctuating operational demands.
? Ensure timely recruitment while complying with company policies and labor regulations.
? Support employer branding initiatives and job fairs
Requirements
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment in the apparel or manufacturing sector.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Familiarity with labour market trends and sourcing strategies.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
? Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
