Planning Executive
Sewing Planning Executive
We are a rapidly growing Australian-owned apparel manufacturer located in Biyagama EPZ. The Planning Executive will be responsible for managing the sewing section planning process and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team, suppliers, and customers to ensure that all requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sewing plans based on production requirements and customer orders
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
- Monitor input to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule sewing activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Analyze sewing performance and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design and sales, to ensure that all requirements are met
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on sewing progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in textile engineering or a related field

- Strong knowledge of knitting techniques and technologies
