- Plan, organize, and manage the entire production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of garments

- Coordinate with various departments, including design, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules

- Supervise and provide guidance to production supervisors and workers, ensuring that they understand and follow established production procedures and quality standards

- Monitor production performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and minimize downtime

- Collaborate with the design team to translate product designs into feasible production plans, ensuring that the necessary materials, machinery, and manpower are available

- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods, to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven experience as a Production Manager in the garment industry, with a strong understanding of the production process and garment manufacturing techniques

- Solid knowledge of quality control procedures and garment industry standards
